Terms of Service

Anarch is an AI-powered tool that generates faceless videos for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. We're a solo-operated project, not a registered company, and these Terms are written in plain language rather than formal legal drafting since we don't currently have outside legal counsel. If anything here is unclear, email us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Joining the waitlist reserves your place for early access — it does not guarantee access by any particular date, and we may invite people off the waitlist in any order we choose. Features, pricing, and the launch timeline described on the site are subject to change before public release.

When sign-up and login become available, account authentication is handled by Clerk. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Paid subscriptions are billed and processed by Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you authorize Dodo Payments to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Prices, plans, and billing cycles will be shown to you before you subscribe and may change over time, we'll give you reasonable notice of any price change that affects an active subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but, unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of your access to paid features until resolved.

"Your Content" means anything you submit to the Service — prompts, topics, uploaded assets, and similar inputs. You keep ownership of Your Content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store Your Content solely to operate the Service and generate the outputs you request (scripts, images, voiceovers, and rendered videos).

You're responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the right to submit it. Don't upload anything illegal, infringing, or that you don't have permission to use — seeSection 8 below.

As between you and Anarch, you own the videos, scripts, and other outputs generated for you through the Service, subject to (a) our underlying rights in the Anarch software and technology, and (b) the rights of any third parties in material you supplied or referenced to create that output (see the next section). We don't claim ownership over your generated videos.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate, upload, or publish using the Service. This includes making sure you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for any copyrighted material, trademarks, footage, images, music, likenesses, or other third-party intellectual property that you reference in a prompt, upload as an asset, or otherwise incorporate into a generated video.

Anarchis a tool — we do not review, vet, or clear the content you generate for copyright or trademark compliance before it's produced or published. We are not responsible for, and disclaim all liability arising from, any copyright infringement, trademark violation, right-of-publicity claim, or other intellectual-property dispute arising from content you generate, upload, or publish through the Service. If you are unsure whether you have the rights to use certain material, do not use it.

If you believe content generated by a user of the Service infringes your copyright, email us at [email protected] with details of the claim and we'll look into it.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or other rights;
• Generate deceptive content, including deepfakes or content designed to impersonate a real person without their consent;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• Use the Service to spam, scrape, or abuse other users or the waitlist; or
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this section.

The Service relies on third-party providers, each governed by their own terms and privacy policy:

• Clerk — authentication, account management, and (currently) waitlist collection.
• Dodo Payments — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting, storage, and rendering compute used to run the Service and store generated content.

We're not responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by these providers, though we'll do our best to keep the Service running smoothly around them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of third-party claims. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anarchand its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service — including, without limitation, any claim relating to copyright or intellectual-property infringement in content you generate or publish. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 11, and 12) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where you access the Service from.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves — for example, when new features or providers are added. We'll update the "Effective date" at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
